I can never see enough photos of the beach and I am fascinated by barnacles. I have one that the kids and I collected on one of our fall trips. We go to Galveston in the fall because the tourists are gone and it's the perfect time to collect shells. Especially off of one particular beach. I like it that the barnacle is still sandy ( not rinsed clean)...it makes it feel fresh...straight from the surf. One of the pictures in my mind that I'm still waiting to do its a slice of beach.
